Shipping your package
After the receipt of your payment, the package will be shipped the same day if your order is placed before noon, and within 24 hours (working days) at the latest. Packages are shipped via Colissimo (french postal service) and delivered to collection points or home, with or without signature. Whatever delivery method you choose, we'll send you a link to track your package online. Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you order all of your items in one go, so they can be delivered all together.. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but a special attention is paid to fragile items. The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
- If you are not satisfied with the item received, you will have to reship it at your own expense. Once received, the amount of the product will be refunded to you.
- If the ordered item is unfortunately no longer in stock, we will of course refund you for the product price, as well as the shipping costs.
Damaged / lost product
- If the product you have ordered has been damaged or lost, we will send it back to you free of charge and take care of the problem with the french postal services.
- If you want a size exchange, due to our error: we will send you a return label so you can send us back the wrong size. We will then ship the correct product back to you at our own expense.
- If you made a mistake when ordering, we will ask you to return the item at your expense. Once it has been received, we will send you the correct model free of charge.
Forgot an item in your order ?
- If an item has been forgotten during the preparation of your order, we assure you that we will send you the missing product free of charge.
